"This was our second purchase of the nameplate for this glove. The first nameplate was very nice, large print and easy to read. This time around, the font has been changed and greatly shrunk so that you can hardly read the name stitched into the nameplate. Very disappointing."

"We wanted the nameplate for a couple of reasons, first it made our daughter feel special having her own customized glove, just like the professionals. Secondly, being parents of three children who have always been involved in everything from scouting to sports, it gets very hectic keeping track of "our" gloves, bats, camping gear, water bottles, duffles and the like. This makes it easy to track down equipment after games and practices."

"The Rawlings tag that came on the glove has letters that take up 3/4 of the size. In the picture sample the letters are just as big. However the customized tag we received the name is very small, it only takes up about 1/4 of the tag. It looks nice and colors are exactly as ordered just disappointed the letters are so small."

"My daughters who I bought these for think they are the coolest. I put both first and last name in block. Letters a little small, but their full names are 12 letters long. This insures she will never be handed the wrong glove."

"The name plate is a less expensive alternative to embroidery on the actual glove, which is what I was looking for when I visited the Rawlins site. I am very, very pleased with the item as it fits the glove I also purchased very well and gives the appearance that it BELONGS there. I am also very pleased with the speedy and incredibly nice staff who helped me find the right glove and name tag. Thank you Rawlins! I'll certainly use your service again and again!"

"Definately adds to the cool factor for a young player.... but I honestly think this item should be included with the purchase of a glove in this series. BUT, oh well, it's a must-have and sometimes must-have's comes with a price tag."
