Custom and personalized items require additional processing time which will be noted when ordering. All orders (including engraved items) will ship complete. If there is a backordered item on your order, it can be shipped separately upon availability, at an additional shipping charge.

Duties and Taxes
To make things as simple as possible for you, we will handle importing requirements. We'll bill you for the duty and applicable:
By placing an order, you authorize Rawlings Gear to appoint a Canadian customs broker to obtain customs clearance for your merchandise and remit applicable duty and taxes on your behalf to Revenue Canada.
Reclaiming duty and taxes on returned items
When returning merchandise to Rawlings Gear, you will be refunded up to $6.99 per order in shipping costs. To receive a refund for duty and taxes previously paid, you will need to submit a claim for duty and taxes to Revenue Canada.
Which items are subject to duty?
Rawlings Gear items that are manufactured in the US or Canada are not assessed duty. Items that are imported or made in any other country will be assessed duty based on the country of origin.
