Purchase Gift Certificates

Rawlings Gear Gift Certificates are a GRAND SLAM! Send the perfect gift by mail or immediately through email. Paper gift certificates are sent via First Class Postal Mail and generally take 3-5 business days for delivery. Delivery times are extended if shipping to U.S. Postal Territories or APO/FPO addresses.

E-Gift Certificates include a personalized message along with instructions for redeeming the certificate. It will be sent to the recipient's email address immediately after the credit card is processed. Please keep in mind that your order confirmation is your receipt.

Gift Certificates can be purchased with a valid credit card by calling our Customer Care Department, Toll-Free at 866-678-GEAR(4327). Only one gift certificate is allowed per order. We are unable to ship separate items to multiple addresses. Gift Certificate purchases are processed separately from other items in your shopping cart. Expiration

Expires one year from date of purchase, except in states where prohibited by law (including California, Connecticut, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Washington; applies in New Hampshire only for gift certificates over $100).

Redeem Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates can be redeemed online during the checkout process or by placing the order through our Customer Care Department at 866-678-GEAR(4327)

Gift Certificates are redeemable for merchandise at www.RawlingsGear.com only. Upon redemption, any unused balance will be carried over for future purchases and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other Gift Certificates. If the purchase total exceeds the Gift Certificate amount, the difference must be paid using a credit card.

Gift Return

If you return a gift purchased with a Gift Certificate, the Gift Certificate will be restored to its original value. Rawlings Gear is committed to ensuring our customer's complete satisfaction, in fact, we GUARANTEE IT! We are more than happy to do whatever is needed to assist with returns and exchanges for gift items. If you need to return or exchange an item please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy.

Lost or Stolen Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates should be treated like cash. They will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proper proof of purchase.

Fraud

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review Gift Certificates and orders for suspected fraud, certificates mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or other violations of Gift Certificate policies. The above terms and conditions are void where prohibited by law.
