As a Rawlings Gear customer, you can call us at (866) 678-4327 and we will be happy to help you with any problems or issues you have after receiving your equipment. The procedures and warranty information listed below are from Rawlings Sporting Goods LLC (Rawlings). Please contact Rawlings directly for any product warranty issues.
You cannot return your Rawlings bat or other products without a valid RA#. Please contact Rawlings Customer Care at 1-800-RAWLINGS to obtain your RA#.

Once the packaging is removed from your non-wood bat, Rawlings Gear's return policy is voided. Returns and exchanges for opened or used bats are the responsibility of Rawlings Sporting Goods LLC.
Rawlings will provide a one-time bat repair or replacement within one year or 400 days for qualifying bats from the date of purchase. See your specific warranty card for the duration or contact Rawlings Customer Care at 1-800-RAWLINGS. The guarantee covers breakage or cracking that result from normal usage. Abuse such as hitting metal cleats, rocks, or anything other than a ball can damage your bat and will void the warranty. The warranty does not cover bats that have been used in commercial batting cages.
- Complete online Warranty Claim Form (go to www.Rawlings.com, click on About Rawlings, then Warranty Claim Form), OR send an email to batwarranties@Rawlings.com, OR call (877) 225-1041 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please have the following information ready: model#, length, and date purchased.
- Once you receive your RA# and return instructions, send your bat along with a valid proof of purchase (sales receipt) to the Warranty Department.
- If the bat is deemed defective, Rawlings will send out a repaired or replacement bat.
- If the bat does not meet Rawlings warranty requirements, it will be returned to you in its condition after testing.
Rawlings does not provide a warranty for any wood bats.
There is a 1-year warranty on all baseball and softball gloves. Our warranty does not cover gloves that have been microwaved, placed in an oven, or over oiled.
Protective equipment, such as shoulder pads, masks, leg guards and chest protectors, have a 1-year warranty on the metal and plastic parts and on the padding and straps.
The actual shell of the helmet has a 3-year warranty, while the padding and straps have a 1-year warranty.
There is a 6-month warranty on clothing from the delivery date. All soiled garments must be laundered before being returned for remake or repair or they will be returned to the sender.
There is a 1-year warranty on all of these products.
For a return on baseballs or softballs, a sample must be sent for our inspection.
