Rawlings Gear Gift Cards are a GRAND SLAM! Send the perfect gift by mail or immediately through email. Gift Cards are sent via First Class Postal Mail and generally take 3-5 business days for delivery. Delivery times are extended if shipping to U.S. Postal Territories or APO/FPO addresses.
E-Gift Cards include a personalized message along with instructions for redeeming the card. It will be sent to the recipient's email address immediately after the credit card is processed. Please keep in mind that your order confirmation is your receipt.
Gift Cards can be purchased with a valid credit card by calling our Customer Care Department, Toll-Free at 866-678-GEAR(4327). Only one gift card is allowed per order. We are unable to ship separate items to multiple addresses. Gift Card purchases are processed separately from other items in your shopping cart. Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise at www.RawlingsGear.com only. Upon redemption, any unused balance will be carried over for future purchases and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other Gift Cards. If the purchase total exceeds the Gift Card amount, the difference must be paid using a credit card.
If you return a gift purchased with a Gift Card, the Gift Card will be restored to its original value. Rawlings Gear is committed to ensuring our customer's complete satisfaction, in fact, we GUARANTEE IT! We are more than happy to do whatever is needed to assist with returns and exchanges for gift items. If you need to return or exchange an item please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy.
Gift Cards should be treated like cash. They will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proper proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review Gift Cards and orders for suspected fraud, cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or other violations of Gift Card policies. The above terms and conditions are void where prohibited by law.
