"This is my second Heart of Hide Trapeze PROTB24. The first one I bought for HS baseball in 1992 and it was made in the USA in Missouri. I now play men's baseball and softball and just replaced it almost twnety years later. My old glove is still in great shape, but being made in the USA, it is not replaceable, now a collectors item. I could have bought any glove on the market and I went right back to this one. I think the fact that Rawlings has been making this glove for so long should tell you something. DO NOT waste your time on the PRIMO, over rated. As for breaking in, yes it is stiff, as should be expected with a glove of this quality. If you know a few tricks of the trade you can break it in, in no time. Player Prefferred is said to be stiffer. Hope you find this helpful enjoy!!!!"

"I am 32 year old coach and it was time to buy a new glove. I am so glad I picked this one. The second I opened the box I knew this would be the last glove I would ever have to buy. The only draw back to this glove is going to be the break in time. So buy this glove now if you need a new one soon. With that being said If you are a coach or just a new dad playing with your kids you will not be sorry for investing in this glove."

"This glove is the perfect glove for outfielders. It has a deep pocket and closes easily with minimal break-in time. The pinky and thumb stalls are thick and stiff, making for a durable glove."

"I purchased this glove last year and I must say it gets better with time. It is an awesome glove as far as performance, craftsmanship, and durability. As an outfield glove, it has everything I'm looking for in a pro level glove. I would honestly hesitate to buy any other glove, including Pro Preferred, over this beauty."

"I bought this glove because I needed a new outfielders glove to replace my old one. I decided to save up my money and get the very best glove I could find. This is a beautiful glove that makes you want to run outside and play catch as soon as you put it on. The leather is high quality but a litttle tough which makes it hard to break in. Even though it took a few months of intense work to finally break it in, once I did it was well worth it. If you want a comfortable and durable outfielders glove, you won't find anything better. I reccomend this glove be used only for outfield. It is far too big to be used in the infield and too heavy to pitch in. If you buy this, you will love it immediatly."

"I got this glove for my birthday a couple years ago, and its been amazing. Other gloves ive had cause me to get a bruise on the palm of my hand, but this glove is really padded and protects my hand."
