"I was looking for a new catchers glove that would last me a few years and always having a Rawlings lead me too look at them again after ruling out All-Star brand. I found this one and got it one the spot once it came in the mail i took it out and it was very stiff i could barley squeeze it together but after a few coats of oil and putting in under my bed and using it in practice for 3 weeks its about game ready to use! this is by far one of the best catchers mitts i have had yet! i love it! it has a nice crack to it when a ball hits it right! I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good glove that isnt wanting to use a whole pay check to buy it!"

"We love the PROCM33DCC catchers mitt for all the above mentioned(ratings). Great mitt !!!! A gentlemen (manager, sorry for not remembering his name) was great in helping us select the correct mitt for my son, Thank you for the time & effort. Also, I have a request. I had purchased a REVO SOLID CORE 750 SERIES baseball glove for my son last year & the glove came with a glove bag, would there be a chance that we can have you send us a PROCM33DCC bag. We use the REVO glove bag all the time for transport/storage, and would do the same with the catchers mitt bag. If you have any Rawlings stickers you could send, we have a baseball bucket for batting practice we decorate . Could you let me know thru an E-mail your decision. Thank you again."

"I spent a lot of time researching the different mitts available; this included chatting with the catchers of the local AAA team, players on the college team, a former MLB catcher, and a fraternity brother who owns a sports equiptment store. They all guided me to Rawlings. I chose this glove because of its fit on my hand,the feel of the leather, price, and I liked the idea of the dual core system. Despite all the research, a purchase is a bit of a gamble that the product will satisfy me the way it may have done for everyone else. This mitt though worked out great. It broke in very quickly, and formed just the way I prefer. It fits my hand like a second layer of skin, it's easy to maneuver, and especially important is that it does seems to cushion my hand from the faster pitches. I use the mitt to train with my 11 year old son and as a manager of an adult baseball team (NABA). Several of my pitchers can throw some heat, and this mitt receives those pitches very comfortably."

"This was my first Rawlings glove, and I can assure you, I'll never use another brand. Rawlings is the far superior brand above all others. Now, for this glove specifically, it is most definitely the best mitt I've ever used. I'm a college catcher, and I absolutely love this mitt.The Poron XRD padding is unlike anything I've ever used before; catching a 90 mph fastball feels like nothing with this glove. The 33" pattern of the glove is the perfect size. It's large enough to maneuver across every corner of the plate and small enough to scoop even the shortest of short-hops. The glove surprisingly took less time to break in than I expected. After several bullpen sessions and long-tossing, it was game ready. This is the first glove I've ever used that I'm 100% confident it increased my performance behind the dish. Plus, the pure aesthetics of this mitt are beautiful. The Camel-colored rawhide laces and the black tanned Heart of the Hide leather combine into a mitt that truly is a testament to wonderful craftsmanship by Rawlings. The weight of this mitt is lighter than any I have ever used, as there is no wasted space. The mitt has been very durable, and I'm sure it will continue. To say this mitt is a value for the price is a huge understatement. Not only has it met my expectations, it has far and above surpassed them.
