This Heart of the Hide Dual Core baseball glove from Rawlings Gear features Trap-Eze Web pattern, which is referred to as the "six finger" glove. The web is part of the glove, not separate from it, allowing for maximum strength. With its 12 3/4" pattern, deep pocket, and open web, this pattern is the most popular glove among outfielders. This new Heart of the Hide leather is tanned softer for that game ready feel with the durability and consistency remaining the same. The softness of the new leather allows for less break in time. "My son had been using an 11.5 inch Rawlings Gold Glove for three years and needed to move up to a larger size for outfield. He is now 15 years old.
