"Rawlings is the only glove I've ever had and this one is the best! Top quality leather. Takes a little more break in time but I expect it to last a lot longer for that reason. My dad has had his Rawlings glove for over 30 years. He re-laced it last year and it is in very good cond. yet. I like the mesh for making the glove lighter."

"This may possibly be my favorite gloved owned so far. I previously had a pro preferred and I have to say they are very similar considering this is a gold glove series. The break-in was very reasonable 2-3 weeks, where as the pro preferred was more along the lines of 6-8 weeks. This glove has the perfect web for a pitcher. I have had it now for about 6 months and couldn't be happier. The leather is still firm and has molded perfectly to my hand. The mesh has given the glove a light weight feel compared to the primo series which feels like a 5lb. glove. Overall this is a great glove and I would give it my full recommendation."

"I have been searching the internet for a left handed pitchers glove and none I found compared to the quality, and price of the Heart of the Hide pitchers glove. The solid web really helps you hide the ball from the batters view. The break in time was outstanding, it only took a couple of days and my son was using his new glove. I have only used Rawlings gloves in the past and will continue to do so. Thanks Rawlings!!!"
