"My son is starting to get into base ball, and i wanted a good glove to work out with him. This glove is reasonable price wise. Break in is going quick a little paste and some rubber bands over night and the pocket is forming quickly. We have worked out 10 times and the pocket is getting better every time. With the paste on the glove it grabs balls easily. The strings are also nice they streach a little instead of being hard and dry feeling. All of our gloves from here out are going to be Rawlings!!!"

"What a great glove!!! I was looking for an all around recreational glove and spoke with a Rawlings rep. He was very knowledgeable on all gloves by Rawlings. He suggested this one and it does not dissapoint. Great right out of the box but fantastic after real break-in!! I play with two fingers in the pinky and move the rest of my fingers over once. This gives me a bigger pocket and more control. Now the glove feels like an extension of my hand. Don't hesitate on this one. Great value."

"I got this glove for my 10 year-old son and he loves it. It plays a little smaller than the 11.75, which is perfect for pitching, shortstop and third base. The break-in time is minimal and this is a glove that will last him through Little League. After that, it's a Pro preferred ProS17ICBR!"

"I would recommend using this glove at 3rd base, but would work at any infield position. Once broken in, the glove, (as with most all gold gloves) is wide for fielding those ground balls, fast or slow. The laces are also a big part of this glove. They are not dry and have somewhat of a "stretch" to them. This glove snags up the ball and keeps it from fumbling out, the grip is great. Overall i would suggest this glove to anyone who wants a great durable glove that wont wear out after one season."
