"Best glove i ever owned had it for four years, only thing you have to do is use glove oil and play catch, used it for middle infield and outfield for my highschool team, will catch anything the only bad thing is it is a little heavy for middle infield"

"I love this mitt, was 90% broke in from factory, and game ready. Its feels great and looks great. I play middle infield (softball) 12" length is perfect for a quick exchange. Highly recommend it!!!!"

"I purchased my mitt last year and it is only getting better with every ground ball hit to me. I am a shortstop for a highly competitve mens slowpitch team. I play league two times a week and no less than one tourney a month in northern Nevada where the weather can be rainy, snowy, windy, cold, and hot all in the same day and my mitt has stood up everytime. When I was shopping for a mitt I needed the price to be within my budget and would be durable enought to perform in our weather and would last me a few years and I have found it in the GG12XTCB. "Bought this glove to use as a softball infielder glove. It's a bit on the small side for softball, which I actually prefer when playing infield, as it makes it much easier to get the ball out of the glove and make a throw. Trap-eez pocket is like a vacuum cleaner for the ball. Catch the ball in the pocket, and the glove folds up around it nicely. Only issue I have is that balls caught on the very end of the glove sometimes pop out, because the Trap-eez design is very pliable at the tip of the glove, and it can bend back more than a traditional basket weave or H web design. All in all, a great glove for the price overall though."

"Between my son and I, I have purchsed 5 gloves from the Gold Glove line of Rawlings gloves. All have been excellent quality, very durable, soft, and very easily broken in to game use condition. Highly recommend these for a pro type design glove."

"i bought this glove and when i got it it was ready for the game i had that day. it was game ready and it worked great that game. the only con might be that at the end of the day when you a take the glove off your hand is blue from the leather but it comes off easy but i think that that will stop happening after i get used more."
