First composite purchase
Date : October 15, 2010
"Purchased this bat because we were tired of alloy bats denting. This is our first composite bat, and we are just past the break in phase, and the bat has good pop, feel and balance. The only thing to note is that if you hit do not hit it squarely, there will be some feedback in the hands of your player (similar to a wood bat). This make take some time to get used to for kids moving from a big barrell alloy bat."

"Owned bat 2 weeks when bat cracked during normal batting practice use with quality balls used and normal 75 degree temps. Returned Bat and received replacement bat. During 2nd Batting practice with replacement bat it exploded with 4 separate cracks and puckers. Maybe first year design of bat is to blame but I would not recommend this bat. Perhaps Rawlings is just better at gloves than bats. Two cracked bats in 6 weeks does not represent a very good product. I will be contacting Rawlings Monday to see if they will stand by their product."
