"The bat was a good deal for the price because of the custom engraving. Not the best hitting bat, but you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a custom engraved bat to use for batting practice this is a great deal ($26). If you want a good game bat, spend the extra money and go to a pro grade maple."

"I recently got married and decided to do laser engraved 33inch bats for a gift to all the guys in my wedding party. I forgot about one of the members of my wedding party until last minute. It was a little over a week out and I wasn't sure what to do. I called customer service and explained my issue. They were understanding and willing to help me get my order done sooner than expected. I had the bat in time and all the guys jaws dropped when they saw the gifts. Rawlings is definitely a company that should be proud of their quality and of their service.
