"I seldom experience customer service at the levels I did with RawlingsGear, but rest assured when I do, I tell everyone I know about it. There were two minor issues with my order that required a phone call to RawlingsGear. Each time, the phone was answered in one ring by a helpful human being (no recordings whatsoever) who was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and resolved the minor issues immediately. I simply cannot say enough about my positive experience dealing with RawlingsGear and will use them again any time I have a need for sporting goods.
