"This is the 2nd catcher's mask we have bought for our son. He loves it, and finds the weight to be perfect. He is not a big kid, either, so I'm thrilled that he likes the weight of this. Fits him like a glove, no complaints! Everyone always comments how nice it is, how protective, and what an amazing price. This is a keeper!"

"This was my son's first helmet. This helmet is what youth baseball should be like. Price wise, what you get is an incredible steal. This is a great hockey style helmet at a fantastic price. It is extremely durable and since my oldest has upgraded his helmet, it has now been passed down to my youngest son"

"great quality for the price.... looked at several being used in local teams... saw one like this and had to get it for my son. Took some work to fit it, but once there, seems to stay for 1 season so far."

"Great visibility. Took a little time to get the fitting just right. My son thought it felt a bit heavy at first but he got used to it very quickly. I'm not sure if it's just this model or it's the same with all similar models but the only drawback is that the padding/cushions inside the helmet gets moist very quickly on warm days and the material doesn't absorb the moisture -- this equipment is not something you want your young catcher to share with teammates on a warm day, tell them to get their own."
