"This is a great helmet; so good I ordered a second one for my kid after years of hard use. Although the same great outer shell; they are not putting the Tri-layer foam on the inside any more (like they advertise on the website) - they use a double layer, which to me isn't nearly as good. You get a thin soft liner, then a hard thick layer of padding. you miss the intermediate layer for the extra comfort on long tournament days. hope Rawlings read this and goes back to the Tri Foam!"

"This is the 2nd catcher's mask we have bought for our son. He loves it, and finds the weight to be perfect. He is not a big kid, either, so I'm thrilled that he likes the weight of this. Fits him like a glove, no complaints! Everyone always comments how nice it is, how protective, and what an amazing price. This is a keeper!"

"This was my son's first helmet. This helmet is what youth baseball should be like. Price wise, what you get is an incredible steal. This is a great hockey style helmet at a fantastic price. It is extremely durable and since my oldest has upgraded his helmet, it has now been passed down to my youngest son"
