"The nameplate was fine. Order process was simple. It arrived on time. All good. The reason I am writing review, however, is to thank individual who quickly responded to my voice message. Rawlings promo site was not performing correctly, and I thought that I was calling the company to get help. One of your reps promptly called back. I do not have his name (I feel bad about that), but I appreciated his effort - it built goodwill. Rather than mess with Rawlings I went to your site and used product code left by your rep. Problem quickly solved. I will think of Rawlingsgear when I need equipment in the future. Thanks."

"The glove is perfect for a younger player. Quick break in period and good quality. The name plate is a nice touch. Shipping for the name plate is a bit high especially when you've already paid for shipping on the glove!"

"Disappointed with the font size of my son's name. It is much smaller than the original Rawlings font. My son has a short first and last name so there is no reason to have used such a small font."

"Review Text. Nameplates look great on my son's baseball glove, and the customized plate makes it easy to spot his glove on the bench. We had a problem with the original nameplates and I called Rawlings who made a second set of nameplates and shipped them to us free of charge! I have three boys who play baseball and they will continue to hit with Rawlings bats and field with Rawlings gloves, thanks RawlingsGear.Com!"
