"This has got to be the best chest protector around. I used it my last season and it worked great. The durability of it and the sleek design is great. I really enjoyed the 950 line but this new one compares nicely. I would recommend this to any catcher looking to buy a top of the line chest protector."

"The 950Z series chest protector is definitely the best I've used to date. I previously used the Cool-Flo protector; the 950Z is much more comfortable and gives you a better sense of protection. The ball seems to land within only a few feet every time it is blocked. Great investment - great job, Rawlings."

new 950 series

"I was a fan of the old 950 series of cathing gear. The new 950Z line isn't as flexible since the OSI inserts are gone. However, the CP now provides more protection throughout the entire protection while blocking pitches in the dirt. I think the shoulder caps are a little bigger than the old line but again gives better protection in the shoulders. This is now my everyday gear. Awesome job bring back the 950 line."
